Definition of stress limit pairs for use in later functions (graphical presentation of diagrams, comparison with actually arising stresses, linearity limit for cracked concrete, ...).

Setting	Description
Limit	Ordinal number of the stress limit pair. Automatic numbering from the first to the last pair.
Sig-min	Minimum stress (in general maximum compression stress (compression = negative))
Sig-max	Maximum stress (in general maximum tensile stress)

Note: Deleting a stress limit pair other than the last one will just set the maximum and minimum to zero but not delete the the whole line and renumber the subsequent.
